1. General Server Rules
Baseline conduct expected of everyone on the server.
14 rules▾
1.1Common RP Terms: A few abbreviations you'll see throughout these rules: RP = Roleplay, IC = In Character, OOC = Out of Character, FRP = Fail RP, RDM = Random Deathmatch, VDM = Vehicle Deathmatch, MG = Metagaming, PG = Powergaming, NLR = New Life Rule, VYL = Value Your Life, GZ = Greenzone, PD = Police Department.
1.2Respect Everyone: Treat players, staff, and community members with respect. Disagreements are allowed, but harassment, personal attacks, and hostility toward other players are not.
1.3IC Slurs & Discrimination: Racist, homophobic, and other discriminatory language or insults are permitted as roleplay and are not automatically a rule violation on their own. This does not apply inside Greenzones or OOC, where discriminatory language is never permitted.
1.4No Slur Spam / Discriminatory Harassment: Using a slur or discriminatory language once as part of a scene is not automatically a violation, but repeatedly or overwhelmingly directing racist, homophobic, or other discriminatory language at the same player — spamming slurs, piling on, or refusing to let it go — is harassment and will be punished, regardless of IC framing.
1.5Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment — unwanted sexual comments, advances, or content directed at another player — is heavily punished. This applies regardless of IC framing; roleplay is never an excuse to make another player uncomfortable OOC.
1.6Doxxing: Sharing, threatening to share, or seeking out another player's real-life personal information — such as their name, address, phone number, workplace, or social media — is strictly prohibited, both in-game and in the Discord. This is treated as a severe offense and may result in an immediate, permanent ban.
1.7No Bullying or Harassment: Repeatedly targeting a player outside of legitimate RP, attempting to intimidate them OOC, or encouraging others to harass them is prohibited.
1.8Follow Staff Instructions: Staff instructions must be followed while an issue is being investigated. You may appeal a staff decision through the appropriate process afterward.
1.10No Rule Lawyering: Do not intentionally search for loopholes in the rules to gain an unfair advantage.
1.12No Exploiting Rules/Bugs: Using unintended interactions between rules, scripts, or mechanics to gain an advantage is prohibited. Any bug that provides an advantage must be reported to staff. Deliberately abusing it is prohibited.
1.14No Cheating: Third-party cheats, unauthorized modifications, injectors, trainers, or other tools designed to provide an unfair advantage are prohibited.
Intentionally causing lag, crashes, mass entity spawning, or other disruptions is prohibited.
1.15No Advertising: Advertising another server, community, service, or competing platform without permission is prohibited.
1.19Common Sense Applies: Not every possible situation can be written into a rule. Staff may intervene when behavior clearly violates the intended spirit of the server.
1.20Age Requirement: This server is strictly 18+. If staff suspect you of being underage, you may be removed from the server.
2. Value Your Life (VYL) / Fear RP
React like your character's life actually matters.
6 rules▾
2.1Interaction Timer: Hostile or aggressive interactions — robberies, confrontations, and similar scenes — run on a 45-second timer so both sides have a fair, realistic chance to respond. If the other player is already actively engaged in criminal activity when the interaction starts, the timer is reduced to 30 seconds, since they already know the area or situation carries risk.
2.2Value Your Life (VYL): Your character should act as though their and the lives of others (where applicable) is important. PD shouldn't breach a scene if it risks the life of another, don't put the lives of friends and family at risk for little to no gain.
2.3Fear RP: If placed in a realistically dangerous situation, your character should demonstrate appropriate fear.
2.4Outnumbered Situations: Do not recklessly fight overwhelming numbers without a believable reason.
2.5Weapon at Gunpoint: If you are legitimately held at gunpoint, you should generally comply unless there is a reasonable opportunity to escape or resist.
2.6Realistic Reactions: Characters should react appropriately to serious injuries, threats, accidents, and dangerous situations.
3. Combat Rules
RDM, VDM, combat logging, and how fights are expected to play out.
18 rules▾
3.1No RDM (Random Deathmatch): Players may not kill or seriously attack another player without a valid IC reason or established RP.
3.2Retaliation for Discriminatory RP: If your character is the target of overtly racist or homophobic language or actions in-character, you — and any characters present who witness it — have valid IC justification to respond with violence, up to and including lethal force, against the offending character. This does not require the 30-minute grudge window under Revenge Is Permitted, but the response must happen within that same scene.
3.3No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch): Using a vehicle to intentionally run over or kill another player without valid RP justification, such as your life being at risk.
3.4No Combat Logging: Players may not disconnect, leave the server, or intentionally crash their game to avoid the consequences of an active RP situation.
If you disconnect unintentionally, return as soon as reasonably possible and notify the involved players/staff.
3.5Combat Storing: Players may not store weapons, vehicles, items, or other resources specifically to gain an unfair advantage during an active combat situation. Players also may not retrieve a vehicle from a garage while being chased or in active combat.
3.6Combat Healing: Healing during or after combat is allowed. Players may use available medical items or server mechanics to heal during combat unless another specific rule or situation prevents it.
3.7Revenge Is Permitted: Revenge RP is allowed when the character has a legitimate IC reason to seek revenge. Players may retaliate against someone who previously harmed them, provided they have not been Flatbacked as a result of the situation. After 30m, your grudge must come to an end.
3.8Flatbacked Memory Loss (NLR): If your character becomes Flatbacked, they are considered to have forgotten the events leading up to and surrounding the situation that caused them to become Flatbacked. You may not use information from that situation for revenge or retaliation afterward.
3.9Knocked Out vs. Flatbacked: Being Knocked Out is not the same as being Flatbacked. If your character is only Knocked Out, they may retain memory of the events that occurred before they were knocked out and may act on that information afterward.
3.11No Combat Returning: Do not return to an active combat situation after being removed from the fight solely to rejoin the fight or gain an advantage.
3.12No Combat Exploits Or Unrealistic Combat: Using glitches, animations, scripts, or other unintended mechanics to gain an advantage during combat is prohibited.
Players may not perform actions during combat that would be physically impossible or clearly unreasonable for their character.
3.13RP Your Injuries: Players should appropriately RP significant injuries sustained during combat, including serious gunshot wounds, vehicle crashes, or other major injuries.
3.15Don't Force Outcomes: Do not force another player's death, injury, or actions without giving them a reasonable opportunity to participate in the RP.
3.16Combat Must Have RP: Combat should have an IC reason behind it. Players should not start fights simply because they want to shoot someone or create a gunfight.
3.17Tebex Weapons: Tebex melee weapons cannot be stolen, robbed, confiscated, or taken from a player under any circumstances. Tebex firearms may be stolen, robbed, or confiscated by PD when legally justified.
3.18Rob over Kill: After robbing a player, if no resistance or other RP justification is provided, you are to let the person go. If you engaged in RP with the strict intent of murder, such as a driveby, you are not to rob the victim.
3.20No Rage Quitting: Leaving because an RP situation is not going your way does not remove the consequences.
3.22Permanent Death: Permanent character death may only occur under approved circumstances.
4. Roleplay Rules
What a scene should look like, and how to stay in it.
9 rules▾
4.1Stay In Character: Remain in character while actively participating in RP unless there is a legitimate reason to leave character.
4.3No Fail RP (FRP): Do not intentionally behave in ways that destroy or undermine a realistic RP situation.
4.5No Forced RP: Do not force another player into an action or outcome without allowing them a reasonable opportunity to respond. Being AFK is not justification for avoiding being robbed.
4.6ERP & Consent: Erotic roleplay (ERP) is permitted between consenting players. Consent must be ongoing — if a player says no, asks to stop, or otherwise withdraws consent at any point, that must be respected immediately. Continuing after consent is withdrawn, or engaging in ERP without it in the first place, is treated as sexual harassment.
4.7RP Over Winning: The goal of RP is to create an enjoyable story, not simply to win every encounter.
4.8Don't Avoid RP: Players may not intentionally disconnect, hide in inaccessible locations, or otherwise avoid an active RP situation.
4.9RP Continuation: If an RP situation is interrupted by technical problems, players should attempt to continue it once the issue is resolved.
4.10No OOC Advantage: Information learned OOC cannot be used to influence an IC decision.
4.11Mutual OOC: Two or more players may agree to go OOC at any time, however all parties involved must retreat to a hidden position and may not go OOC in the open.
5. Metagaming
Keeping out-of-character knowledge out of in-character decisions.
13 rules▾
5.1No Metagaming (MG): Using information your character did not obtain through RP is prohibited.
5.2Stream Sniping: Watching another player's stream or recording to gain information about their location or activities is prohibited.
5.3Discord Information: Information received through Discord cannot be treated as IC information unless it was properly communicated through RP. Any communication in a public, NyxRP discord, that was conducted in character is considered IC information.
5.4Character Separation: Information learned by one character cannot automatically be transferred to another character.
5.5OOC Conversations: Out-of-character (OOC) conversations must not influence your character's in-character (IC) decisions.
5.6Names & Identification: Do not automatically know another character's name simply because their username is visible.
5.7Bodycam In-Character Use: Bodycam may only be used in-character if your character either physically displays a bodycam on their person or is working a whitelisted government job, such as Law Enforcement or Medical Personnel.
5.8Broken Bodycam: If bodycam is broken after or during a scene, it cannot be used in any RP circumstance.
5.9Bodycam for Staff Reports: Bodycam, regardless of being physically worn on the body or being destroyed, is always usable for OOC tickets submitted to staff.
5.10No OOC Recording Advantage: A player's personal recording does not automatically mean their character knows everything captured on it.
5.11Evidence Manipulation: Do not edit or fabricate evidence to intentionally mislead staff or players.
5.12Social Media Is IC: In-game social media should generally be treated as an IC platform.
5.13No Metagaming Through Social Media: Do not use IC social media to communicate information that your character could not reasonably know.
6. Powergaming
No forcing outcomes another player can't reasonably react to.
5 rules▾
6.1No Powergaming (PG): Do not use game mechanics or unrealistic actions to force an advantage.
6.2Give Players a Chance: When performing an action against another player, allow them a reasonable opportunity to react.
6.3No Forced Injuries: You cannot simply declare that another player is injured, unconscious, dead, or otherwise incapacitated without appropriate RP.
6.4No Unrealistic Mechanics: Do not use animations, glitches, or mechanics to accomplish something your character realistically could not do.
6.5No Animation Abuse: Using animations to gain an unfair combat or RP advantage is prohibited.
7. Vehicle & Driving Rules
Realistic driving, stunts, and pursuits.
8 rules▾
7.1Weapon Use: Players are permitted to use weapons from inside of a vehicle if weapons are being used against them or a chase has lasted longer than 2m.
7.2Stunts & Jumps: Jumps, ramps and other stunt driving are permitted when being chased RP or while in an RP scene where it is reasonable, such as a race.
7.3Escaping an Interaction: Vehicles, including aircraft, may not be used to skip an interaction before it has actually begun — taking off in a helicopter or flying away the moment an officer or player approaches, before any RP has happened, is not allowed. Once a pursuit or scene is already underway, using any vehicle, helicopters included, to escape it is fair game. Hopping a wall, curb, or similar obstacle purely to guarantee an escape is treated the same way — normal stunt driving is fine, using terrain to cheese your way out of an active interaction is not.
7.4Vehicle Ramming: Intentionally using a vehicle to ram, disable, or attack another player or vehicle without appropriate RP justification is prohibited.
7.5Vehicle as a Weapon: Using a vehicle as a weapon to intentionally kill or seriously injure another player without legitimate RP justification is prohibited.
7.7Vehicle Limitations: Players should generally respect the intended capabilities of their vehicle. A compact car should not routinely be treated like an off-road truck, and an off-road vehicle should not be expected to handle like a sports car.
7.9Motorbike Stunts: While motorbikes are permitted for pursuits or other activities, you are not permitted to use a bike for unreasonable stunts such as jumping off a bridge or driving down a set of subway stairs.
7.10Pursuit Driving: During police pursuits, both law enforcement and civilians are expected to make reasonable decisions based on the situation. Extreme driving is not automatically prohibited, but intentionally exploiting unrealistic mechanics to guarantee an escape is.
10. Criminal Rules
Ground rules for criminal roleplay.
5 rules▾
10.2No Constant Robbing: Players should not repeatedly rob the same individuals simply because they are convenient targets.
10.3No Robbery Farming: Repeatedly performing robberies solely to generate money without meaningful RP may be considered economy abuse. Such as repeatedly robbing a store or bank far away from law enforcement.
10.4Hostages Must Be Players: NPCs should not automatically be treated as equivalent to player hostages unless server mechanics specifically allow it.
10.8Criminal Cooldowns: Major criminal activities may have cooldowns to prevent constant large-scale crime.
10.9No Criminal Powergaming: Criminals cannot use unrealistic mechanics to guarantee successful crimes.
11. Robberies & Heists
Participant limits, cooldowns, and requirements for every tier of robbery.
22 rules▾
11.1Heist Participation Limits: Each robbery and heist has a maximum number of criminal participants based on its difficulty. Players must follow the participant limit assigned to that specific robbery.
11.3Small Robberies (ATM/Store): Small robberies may have a maximum of 4 criminal participants. This includes a maximum of 1 person acting as the outside/getaway driver.
11.4Medium Robberies (Fleeca Bank): Medium-difficulty robberies may have a maximum of 6 criminal participants.
11.5Hard Robberies (Major Bank): Hard-difficulty robberies may have a maximum of 8 criminal participants.
11.6Very Hard Robberies (Organization Robberies): Very Hard robberies may have a maximum of 10 criminal participants.
11.9All Participants Count: Everyone actively assisting with a robbery counts toward the participant limit. This includes getaway drivers, lookouts, hackers, negotiators, snipers, and other forms of active assistance.
Hostages do not count.
11.10Getaway Drivers: A getaway driver is considered an active participant even if they remain outside the robbery location and therefore counts toward the robbery's maximum participant limit.
11.11No Extra Backup: Players may not have additional people waiting nearby as backup with the intention of joining the robbery or assisting if police arrive. If someone is actively involved in the operation, they count toward the participant limit.
11.12Gang Participation: Gangs may participate in robberies and heists as a group as long as they remain within the participant limit for the specific robbery.
11.13Gang & Civilian Cooperation: Gangs are permitted to work with unaffiliated civilians during robberies and heists. Any civilian actively participating counts toward the total participant limit.
11.14Gang & Gang Cooperation: Two or more separate gangs may not combine their members to participate in the same robbery or heist. (Unless an alliance has been arranged between gangs)
11.15Civilian Loopholes: Players may not use civilian characters as a way to bypass the restriction on multiple gangs working together. If members of multiple gangs are knowingly working together on the same heist, it will be considered gang-to-gang cooperation regardless of what role they claim to have.
11.16Mid-Heist Recruitment: Players may not recruit additional participants after a robbery has started in order to increase the size of their crew beyond the allowed limit.
11.17Participant Swapping: Players may not intentionally swap participants in and out of a robbery or heist to circumvent the maximum participant limit.
11.18Outside Assistance: Players who are not officially participating in the heist may not provide active assistance, information, vehicles, weapons, or other resources that effectively make them an additional participant.
11.20Police Requirements: Robberies and heists may require a minimum number of on-duty law enforcement officers before they can be started. Players must follow the required police count for the specific robbery.
11.21Heist Cooldowns: Robberies and heists are subject to their assigned cooldowns. Players may not repeatedly perform the same robbery before its cooldown has expired.
11.23Heist Preparation: Players may plan and prepare for a robbery before it begins. However, once the robbery is initiated, all participant limits and requirements must be followed.
11.26Reasonable Escalation: Players should allow robberies and heists to develop naturally. The arrival of law enforcement does not automatically justify escalating the situation into unnecessary violence.
11.27Good-Faith Negotiations: When negotiations are available, both criminals and law enforcement should participate in good faith. Negotiations may not be intentionally abused to stall for additional participants or resources.
11.28One Crew Per Heist: A robbery or heist should be conducted by one criminal crew. Separate criminal groups may not independently participate in the same heist and coordinate their actions to effectively exceed the intended crew size.
11.30Heist Exploitation: Using glitches, bugs, unintended mechanics, or other exploits to bypass robbery requirements, participant limits, cooldowns, or other restrictions is prohibited.
13. Greenzone Rules
What counts as a green zone, and what you can't do inside one.
4 rules▾
13.1Soft-RP Zone: Greenzones (GZ) are to be treated as soft-RP zones. OOC may be engaged in wholly while inside of a GZ. However, this is not an excuse to interrupt on-going RP between other players, such as Law Enforcement arresting somebody or EMS treating someone.
13.2No Fleeing Into Greenzones: Under no circumstance are you permitted to flee into a GZ to escape an RP scene or consequence, such as a gang pressing you or a police chase.
13.3Police & EMS in Greenzones: Police and EMS are permitted to enter GZs with the intention of participating in their primary gameplay loop. However, Police and EMS are under no obligation to do so and are permitted to ignore a scene that may enter or exist within a GZ.
13.4No Discriminatory Language: Since Greenzones are treated as soft-RP/OOC zones, racial slurs, homophobic language, and other discriminatory speech are not permitted here, even when framed as in-character.
14. Businesses
Running a business within the rules.
5 rules▾
14.1Business RP: Businesses should actively contribute to the RP environment.
14.2Business Ownership: Business owners are responsible for maintaining appropriate RP at their business.
14.3Employee Abuse: Owners may not use their position to harass or unfairly target employees.
14.4Business Weapons: Weapons may only be stored or used at businesses when permitted.
14.6Business Advertising: Advertising must remain within the server's approved systems.
15. Economy Rules
No duplication, exploits, or real-money trading.
5 rules▾
15.1No Money Duplication: Duplicating money or items through bugs or exploits is prohibited.
15.2No Economy Exploits: Players may not manipulate server mechanics to generate unintended profits.
15.3No OOC Transactions: In-game money/items may not be exchanged for real-world money unless explicitly permitted by server ownership.
15.4No Money Laundering Abuse: Money laundering mechanics may not be exploited to bypass intended restrictions.
15.5Suspicious Wealth: Staff may investigate unexplained or suspiciously obtained wealth.
16. Hostage Rules
Keeping hostage RP fair and realistic.
6 rules▾
16.1Hostages Must Participate: A hostage should have an opportunity to roleplay.
16.2No Fake Hostages: Players may not use friends, associates, or alternate characters as disposable hostages to manipulate or bypass hostage requirements.
16.3Hostage Safety: Hostages should not be executed without a valid and reasonable RP justification. Executions should only occur when the circumstances of the situation genuinely warrant it and should not be used simply to gain an advantage or escalate the scenario.
16.4Hostage Demands: Hostage demands must remain reasonable, realistic, and relevant to the situation. Demands should not be excessive, impossible to fulfill, or designed solely to give the hostage-takers an unfair advantage.
16.5Hostage Cooperation: Hostages are expected to act realistically and comply with reasonable demands when faced with a credible threat to their safety. Fear and self-preservation should be reflected in their actions and decisions.
16.6Amount Of Hostages: A maximum of 3 hostages is permitted per heist. Participants must have enough members actively involved and capable of holding each hostage at gunpoint for the duration of the situation. You may not take more hostages than your group can realistically control.
17. Voice & Communication
Microphones, soundboards, and OOC chat discipline.
7 rules▾
17.1Working Microphone: Players participating in voice RP must have a working microphone that meets a reasonable quality standard. If your microphone doesn't meet that standard, you may be removed from the server until it does.
17.2No Voice Changers Used to Disrupt RP: Voice changers may not be used to intentionally disrupt or deceive players outside reasonable RP.
17.3No Screaming Spam: Repeated screaming, soundboard spam, or intentionally disruptive audio is prohibited.
17.4Soundboards: Soundboards may only be used when appropriate to the RP situation.
17.5Music: Do not blast music into active RP scenes.
17.6Music Playback Method: Music must only be played through supported in-game methods (radio, jukebox, phone, etc.) — not by playing it into your microphone.
17.7OOC Communication: Keep OOC communication separate from IC communication.
18. Text Chat / Discord
Keeping community channels drama-free.
4 rules▾
18.1No OOC Drama: Personal conflicts should not be brought into public channels.
18.2No Public Callouts: Do not publicly attack or accuse players of wrongdoing.
18.3No Spam: Excessive messages, mentions, emojis, or repeated content are prohibited.
18.4Appropriate Content: Keep community communications appropriate for the server's age rating.
19. Bugs / Exploits
Reporting instead of abusing what you find.
5 rules▾
19.1Report Bugs: Report bugs to staff as soon as reasonably possible.
19.2No Bug Abuse: Do not repeatedly use a known bug for personal benefit.
19.3No Duplication: Item, vehicle, or currency duplication is strictly prohibited.
19.4No Script Abuse: Do not manipulate scripts to produce unintended outcomes.
19.5Exploit Reporting: Players who discover significant exploits should report them privately rather than distributing them.
20. Account Rules
Sharing, alts, and ban evasion.
4 rules▾
20.1Account Sharing: Account sharing may be prohibited depending on server security requirements.
20.2Alternate Accounts: Alternate accounts may not be used to bypass bans, punishments, economy limits, or character restrictions.
20.3Ban Evasion: Creating another account to evade a punishment is prohibited.
20.4Account Security: Players are responsible for maintaining control of their accounts.
21. Character Rules
Names, believability, and keeping characters separate.
5 rules▾
21.1Character Names: Character names must be appropriate and believable for the server.
21.2No Celebrity Characters: Do not create characters intended to impersonate real-world celebrities unless specifically permitted.
21.3No Troll Characters: Characters created solely to disrupt RP are prohibited.
21.4Character Development: Characters should develop naturally through RP.
21.6Character Switching: Do not switch characters specifically to gain information or escape an active situation.
24. Events
Rules specific to community events.
6 rules▾
24.1Event Rules: Event-specific rules may temporarily override normal rules when clearly announced.
24.2No Event Disruption: Do not intentionally ruin community events.
24.3Event Exploitation: Do not exploit event mechanics for unintended rewards.
24.4Staff Events: Staff may establish additional rules for special events.
24.5Mass Casualty RP: Major incidents should be handled through coordinated RP.
24.6Emergency Restarts: If the server is restarting, players should avoid initiating major RP that cannot reasonably conclude.
25. Staff Rules
What's expected of the people enforcing everything else here.
7 rules▾
25.1Staff Must Remain Professional: Staff are expected to remain respectful and professional.
25.2No Staff Abuse: Staff may not use their powers to benefit themselves or friends.
25.3Conflict of Interest: Staff should avoid handling cases where they are directly involved.
25.4Staff Vehicles / Tools: Administrative tools may not be used for personal RP.
25.5Staff Decisions: Staff decisions should be based on server rules and evidence rather than personal relationships.
25.6Staff Accountability: Staff members may be investigated for misconduct.
25.7Higher Staff Authority: Higher-ranking staff may review or overturn lower-ranking staff decisions when appropriate.
26. Reports & Tickets
How to actually report a problem.
5 rules▾
26.1Use Proper Channels: Player reports should be submitted through the designated system.
26.2No False Reports: Knowingly submitting false reports is prohibited.
26.3Evidence: Reports should include relevant evidence whenever possible.
26.4No Public Investigations: Do not publicly accuse players while an investigation is ongoing.
26.5Cooperation: Players involved in reports are expected to cooperate with staff.
27. Punishment System
Warnings, strikes, suspensions, and bans.
7 rules▾
27.1Warnings: Minor violations may result in a verbal or written warning.
27.2Strikes: Repeated or serious violations may result in strikes against a player.
27.3Temporary Suspensions: Serious violations may result in temporary suspension from the server.
27.4Permanent Bans: Extreme violations, repeated severe offenses, or malicious behavior may result in a permanent ban.
27.5Punishment Escalation: Repeated violations may result in increasingly severe punishments.
27.6Staff Discretion: Staff may consider context, intent, previous violations, and severity when determining punishment.
27.7No Punishment Avoidance: Changing characters, accounts, or communities does not remove an existing punishment.
28. Appeals
How to challenge a punishment.
5 rules▾
28.1Right to Appeal: Players may appeal punishments through the designated appeal system.
28.2Respect the Process: Appeals should remain respectful and factual.
28.3No Spam Appeals: Repeatedly submitting the same appeal will not increase the likelihood of approval.
28.4New Evidence: Additional evidence may be submitted during an appeal.
28.5Final Decisions: Certain decisions may be considered final after review by senior staff.
29. Server Spirit
The philosophy behind all of the above.
7 rules▾
29.1RP Comes First: Prioritize creating good RP over maximizing rewards.
29.2Let Others Have Fun: Your RP should give other players opportunities to participate.
29.3Create Stories: Successful RP does not always mean your character wins.
29.4Respect Consequences: Characters should experience reasonable consequences for their actions.
29.5Don't Take RP Personally: Conflict between characters does not automatically represent conflict between players.
29.6IC ≠ OOC: An insult, betrayal, arrest, robbery, shooting, or other conflict occurring in character should not automatically become an OOC conflict.
29.7Have Fun: The server exists to create an enjoyable RP environment. If you're consistently ruining other people's experience, staff may intervene even if you have technically found a loophole in the written rules.
